£55k + bonus

Client Details

200 headcount securities business.

International offices but majority of headcount based in London.

Description

This role has a broad remit and requires someone comfortable with a fast paced workload.

As well as overseeing an outsourced payroll you will also be responsible for the clients benefits and wellbeing agenda. This role is also responsible for all HRMI reporting which will be presented at board level.

This role supports the Chief People Officer directly so senior stakeholder management is vital.

Profile

The successful candidate is a strong, self sufficient payroll/benefits manager preferably with a background dealing with FS stakeholders.

You will have a strong HRMI reporting skillset. Experience using Dayforce by Ceridian is ideal but not essential.
