I am recruiting for an Interim Pay & Reward Specialist for a client based in Epsom. This is a part-time position where you will work 2 days a week for a 3 month contract. The main purpose of the role is to review the company’s current pay and reward system for paid staff.

Duties and responsibilities include:
• Reviewing and updating current pay and banding table with a new, robust and meaningful pay structure recognising geographical differences
• Ensuring the new pay and banding table is set up in a way that it can updated annually
• Introducing a mechanism for employees to move up within their salary band
• Introducing rationale for staff moving up a band
• Clarifying/rationalising/communicating whether or not we will introduce PRP and if so whether it would be linked to appraisals
• Writing and implementing a Pay Policy
• Ensuring the Job Evaluation Process is effective and updating policy/process for posts to be re-evaluated
• Introducing policy/process for ad hoc honorarium type/bonus/recognition payments
