Job Title: Interim Operations Manager to cover maternity leave
Hours of work:40 hours but needs to be willing to work flexibly
Salary Banding: £35 to £40k per annum
Location: Milton Keynes
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who has the proven ability to improve individual and team performance in order to deliver exceptional customer service.

Brief summary of duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team through coaching and performance management
Drive through quality to minimize errors and improve efficiency
Building strong and positive relationships with the Client and other stakeholders
Recruitment , selection and training of all new starters
Skills and experience required:
Brilliant communication and interpersonal skills, for dealing with many types of people at all levels in a direct diplomatic way, are essential. An understanding of customer/client requirements is also necessary.
You must be able to work well under pressure and deal with stressful situations.
Strong leadership skills, including effective time management, prioritising and delegation, are required. You must be able to lead, coach, inspire, support and motivate your team, and always seeking to improve best practice.
