Hays are currently recruiting on behalf of a well established and marketing leading technology business based on the outskirts of Norwich.
Your new role
The purpose of the role will be to provide cover and support for a busy finance department with regards to all management accounts information. Specifically this will include:
To prepare and manage production of monthly management accounts.
To offer finance advice and support the non finance managers throughout the business
To report key financial data on all Norwich activities to Management.
To support the finance team in Norwich in order to achieve month end deadlines.
Reconciling and coding for invoicing and compiling backing data
Weekly production of backing data and invoicing for the business.
Production of management reports linking in new budgets and forecasts.
Closing ledgers, running month end/year end
Maintain Fixed Asset file and ensure depreciation accurately accounted for.
Balance sheet reconciliations
Conduct P & L variance analysis for discussion with the Business Unit Managers
To assist the Finance Manager with the production of the three month rolling forecast, half yearly and annual budgets for all 4 sites.
This is a full time post working a 37.5 hour week between Monday and Friday.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or studying towards that end and must have relevant Management Accounting experience in a similar capacity. You will be highly analytical and have excellent IT skills and be available to start work within a short time frame.
