Currently searching for an Interim HR Director to join a Pharma company. The role will be for 6 months on a day rate basis and will pay up to £600 per day.

Reporting in to the VP HR EMEA, this role will partner with the development side of the business to align people, capabilities and organization to business strategy consistent with the business Human Resources strategy. You will bring strategic HR and business insight to bear on all people related issues and play a key role in shaping business strategy (people, capabilities, organization, change, leadership and culture). The successful candidate will provide input into global COE strategy and plans e.g. capability, culture and leadership development across businesses as well as being accountable for diagnosing and defining the appropriate HR interventions required to deliver the business strategy and improve business performance. You will have overall responsibility for delivering HR support to the business area that you are responsible for and ensuring HR delivery is fully aligned to the strategic goals of the business
The Interim HRD will be CIPD qualified with a strong background at senior leadership level in HR. You will have a strong background in Pharma including working with international client groups in a matrixed environment.
