Would you like to join an established, values based customer focused client based in Cardiff which requires a new HR Officer to join its team?
Reporting into the HR Business Partner you will work in partnership across departments with key customers supporting the delivery of the People strategy, ensuring excellent service is delivered to all of their customers.
As you will be joining the organisation within a period of change, you will be a person who is comfortable with changing circumstances.
Your role will require you to provide daily advice and support to customers, working on HR systems to problem solve, extracting and analysing MI data, manage recruitment activities, reviewing HR policies and procedures, L & D activities plus supporting HR operational project work.
You will be a naturally approachable person with the ability to learn HR systems easily, manage a number of tasks whilst juggling a constantly changing workload. You will be a confident communicator with people at all levels of the organisation and be comfortable handling difficult conversations. You will be a person who can remain calm under pressure with a strong work ethic.
To be successful in this role you will have a good understanding of employment law, HR processes and procedures, and be comfortable with change.
