Frazer John Recruitment, HR practice is partnering with a leading provider based in Lancashire.

- To work alongside the HR service centre and support the HR Business Partner to provide an efficient, professional and high quality HR service that meets needs and organisational objectives.      
- Responsible for ensuring all escalated ER matters and issues are dealt with appropriately by managers, in line with company policy and procedure, best practice and employment law, via phone and face-to-face guidance and support. 
- Support the HR Business Partner in building manager capability to own and deal effectively with staff relations and management of ER related issues.
- Ensure that the business deals with all ER issues effectively and in a timely manner minimising risk to the business and promoting employee engagement.
