This is an immediate start on going interim role working for a women's right charity. Working as part of the HR team, and reporting to the HR Manager you'll be required to support and lead the implementation of the people policies, aligning them to the mission of the charity which is based on feminist policies. In addition you will also support the HR advisors on relevant ER cases and workload, advising managers and senior stakeholders of a variety of ER issues.
Applicants for this must be immediately available and must have a proven track record in developing organisational policies to bring them up to date with company values & mission. Applicants who have done so in a NFP organisation particularly to do with women's right/feminist principles are most suited to this role, although applicants with a proven track doing a similar role for other sectors/causes will also be considered. Written, and verbal communication is a must have quality and requirement.
