Interim HR Business Partner - Swansea
£40 000 - £46 400 + excellent benefits
This is a 6 month interim assignment with the possibility of permanency. Our client is on a journey of growth, change and transformation. The HRBP role provides a unique opportunity to join a service led and customer focussed HR team and play a key role in driving forward transformational HR.
Liaising closely with senior stakeholders to identify needs and requirements, you will work collaboratively to agree and develop a local strategic HR plan that supports and enhances the organisation's overall business plan. Building strong relationships with senior leaders and HR colleagues, you will identify gaps and risks and develop creative solutions using innovative HR solutions. Using a coaching style of leadership, you will enable stakeholders across the organisation to deliver quality solutions. You will assist in creating a culture that is innovative, outcome focussed and provides clear direction to the organisation's continued growth and success. Using your coaching skills to full advantage, you will enable managers to understand clearly their development needs and career aspirations whilst putting in place a development plan to drive performance towards high quality outcomes.
A CIPD qualification or strong relevant HR experience with a commitment to complete CIPD are required. Proven HR leadership, developing and implementing strategic HR, gaining stakeholders' support and successfully applying a coaching style of leadership to motivate and drive performance are essential criteria for success in this role. You will also have delivered an HR implementation plan.
