As Interim HR Analyst, up to £150PD, based in Birmingham, you will support the HR Analytics and Insight manager in the design and delivery of all aspects of HR data.
This role will
- support the annual Reward and engagement cycle
- Business and HR reporting
- Continuous improvement from an analytics perspective.
As an experienced Interim HR Analyst you will have
- Experience of writing/developing reports in a report writing tool e.g. Business Objects, MS BI
- Ability to manipulate and interpret data from the HR system
- Advanced user of Excel - in particular ability to manipulate data from different sources into a usable format using formulas, pivot tables and chart tools
