Temporary HR Advisor Opportunity, 3-4 months

A well-established national organisation, with over 300 employees based at the Scunthorpe site within a friendly working environment.

Your new role
As Temporary HR Advisor you will need be supporting the HR Manager with day to day generalist duties, employee relations, production of reports and recruitment. Duties will include but not limited to processing new starters, assisting with recruitment processes and providing HR advise to employees. Ideally you will have worked within a similar role, at HR Assistant/Officer/Advisor level and possess or be working towards a relevant HR qualification.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proactive approach to your workload and be confident in working within a fast paced environment. Ideally you will have worked within a similar role in order to provide efficient support to the team

What you'll get in return
The role is anticipated to last between 3-4 months. Working hours 8:30am- 5:00pm, with a level of flexibility to suit candidate needs. A competitive salary of up to £24,000 and free onsite parking.
