INTERIM HR ADVISOR - NHS

My client are part of a large NHS support unit are looking to recruit an Interim HR Advisor to join the operation on an initial 6 month FTC. Based out of a site in Nantwich, you will also travel regularly around sites in Cheshire and Merseyside.
Your new role
As Interim HR Advisor, you must have previous NHS experience or a strong background in a public sector organisation and be available to start a new role within 2 weeks. Your role will be to support the Senior HR Business Partner in championing the provision of an HR service that is focused on supporting our customers to achieve outcomes based on the provision of a quality service to customers in line with the vision, purpose, priorities and objectives.
You will support the Senior HR Business Partner to ensure a high-quality HR service is provided that is efficient, customer focused and consistent whilst providing high quality professional advice and support to managers and staff.
The post holder will have knowledge in Employment Law and advise on employee relations matters, alongside the Senior HR Business Partner.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience of working in a HR or employee relations setting with generalist HR experience which involves advising manager on HR Issues. You will have experience of handling a range of HR and employee relations issues gained working within an HR function in the NHS or closely aligned public sector organisation.
You will ideally be CIPD Level 5 or above qualified or equivalent experience and have up to date knowledge of employment law and understanding of implementing and applying HR policies and procedures.
You will be able to demonstrate the ability to analyse and interpret data and possess excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively and build credibility with all levels of staff, management and Trade Unions.
What you'll get in return
The role attracts a salary of c£25,000-£28,000 dependant on experience which will be paid as an hourly rate on a weekly basis,
