The HR Division of SF Group are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor for their client based close to Nottingham city centre. The client offers a rewarding environment to join, easily accessible location on public transport and a varied but challenging role. This is an interim role ideal for a candidate who is immediately available looking for their next role.
The HR Advisor will support the HR Manager and work closely with the HR Administrator to support with a variety of tasks, recruitment, on boarding, inductions, payroll, disciplinary and grievance procedures, change projects, focus around long term policy changes, implementing these and embedding them, travelling to various sites, being face to face with staff, maintaining and open door policy and building relationships with line managers.
This is a really varied, challenging role ideal for someone with an advisory background that is looking to work in a new sector.
