Holding responsibility for heading up all responsive repairs and a large DLO, including fleet management, this key role will be responsible for leadership of responsive repairs services across the organisation.
This is a crucial role and will undertake a strategic review of responsive repairs services, in order to improve the service provided.
Experience of leading on business change and improvement is highly desirable as the role will drive through change, efficiencies and savings.
Candidates should have experience of leadership/ senior management of a DLO within the housing sector.
Excellent opportunity to take on an interesting and rewarding interim assignment of circa 6-9 months, with potential for further extension.
