A small but well-known firm based in Hertfordshire is currently recruiting for an experienced Interim Head of HR for a 6 month contract. This organisation is working through a change programme and needs support on organisation design, change management and an HR audit. This role will report directly into the CFO.
The role will support the CFO and support functions on managing through the change for the wider business the main accountabilities will include:
*Create a plan for managing the change programme
*Org design for the new structure
*Lead on employee relations around the change
*Advise and manage talent management, succession planning, reward strategy, and full employee life cycle
*Review the HR function and devise a sound strategic plan to take them forward.
Skills and Experience
*Have worked in a Head of HR capacity within a commercial environment
*Strong UK employment law knowledge
*Excellent analytical skills
*Strong stakeholder management
What's on offer?
