This family-owned food retail business is looking to recruit an experienced Interim Head of HR with multi-site retail experience to help support the business through a period of growth.
Working within an established award winning business with a fast-moving and fun culture this role would suit an individual who has worked in a similar environment and has a proven background of building and developing an HR function with a focus on ER as well as Recruitment and establishing processes and controls.
The core focus of the role will be focused on bringing in Performance Management Systems, Recruitment and Employee retention and Rewards/Benefits.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an already successful business that is still growing and support them during this 1-year contract helping to strengthen and define their HR function.
Applicants must CIPD qualified and your Cv must clearly show multi-site retail exposure. The role requires a start in May 2018.
