They are a forward-thinking organisation going through a period of significant transformation and they are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR professional to lead the organisation through this journey on an initial 6-month minimum contract.
The Role:
As the Interim Head of ER & Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's future. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will oversee individual consultation processes, manage employee relations, and drive organisational change initiatives. Using your expertise, you will work closely with trade unions, ensuring constructive and effective negotiations that align with their strategic goals.
