Are you a proven senior finance interim with a background focussing on robust financial reporting, analysis, team development and cost / debtor management in addition to Asset Based Lending experience?

The ideal candidate
A qualified Accountant, ACA qualified or equivalent (ACCA, CIMA)
Preferably a background qualifying with a Big 4 or Top 10 Practice with continued extensive experience working in Industry following qualification
Strong technical Financial Reporting skills whilst still being able to work in a hands on capacity and not just overview
Extensive experience focussing on debtor analysis and performance improvement
Experience of Asset Based Lending in addition to acting as key point of contact for banks / lenders
A background of responsibility of a full finance teams from the ledgers to Financial Accountants and Management Accountants
The ability to interact with Commercial and Operational stakeholders within the Group at all levels
A proven background of developing and coaching finance teams with a focus on reviewing skills gaps and ensuring appropriate development and coverage is attained
Reporting to the Group Finance Director this is a 6 month interim assignment whilst the organisation recruits a permanent Group Financial Controller.
£350.00 - £500.00 per day
