Interim Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Heyland Recruitment are working with a market leading manufacturing business in the Cheshire area as they look to appoint an Interim Financial Planning & Analysis Manager for a minimum period of 3-6 months.
Reporting to the Financial Director, the Financial, Planning & Analysis Manager will assist the finance department in the month end management accounts cycle and take full control in developing commercial and financial information in relation to the budget process.
The newly created Financial, Planning & Analysis Manager is a result of an ongoing integration project and requires the successful individual to work with the business and its subsidiaries in order to deliver the group budget model.
You will work closely with the department heads, budget holders and senior management team, understanding and challenging budget performance and the key drivers of each business unit, providing additional financial support and analysis.
* A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
* Relevant experience within a commercial environment.
* Experience in a manufacturing business preferred, not essential.
* Strong analytical ability and communication skills.
* Advanced Excel Modelling
