Having experienced year on year growth, they are now ensuring a full senior management team is in place to take them to the next level of their exciting journey. As Financial Controller, you will work closely with the Directors, taking sole responsibility for all finance related activity. This will include: Monthly management accounts for the holding company and subsidiary; Monitoring and reporting of short and long-term cash flow forecasts; Annual budget production; Being the key liaison with the auditors; Assisting with annual statutory accounts; Managing the Treasury function; and helping drive the business forward from a commercial footing.
Ideal candidate criteria is as follows: Either qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/ACMA) or 'Qualified by Experience’; Experience of intercompany accounting and reporting, together with producing monthly management accounts to tight deadlines; Self-Motivated to be able to take on all finance related tasks; Experience in a varied role, ideally from an SME environment; Knowledge of the property industry would be beneficial, but by no means a pre-requisite; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; High attention to detail and good time management skills. It’s also imperative that you’re comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, non-corporate environment.
