The main responsibility of the Interim Finance Manager will be:
*Lead a team of strong management accountants/ business partners and ensure they are providing an 'a grade' service to internal stakeholders.
*Lead on all management information and reporting are delivered to the agreed timescales.
*Making improvements to policy, procedures and reporting. Driving efficiency throughout the department.
*Leading on the budgeting and forecasting, specifically within development finance.
*Assisting with the implementation of a new development finance system.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with management experience. My client is looking for candidates ideally from a construction or property background due to this role being heavily development finance focussed.
