Your new role
As Interim ER Specialist you will manage your own multi site client group across London and be responsible for advising line managers on all ER matters including Disciplinary and Grievance cases including complex cases through to tribunal, TUPE in and out, M&A, restructures, investigations, capability and union negotiations.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified or equivalent with HR and ER experience gained within a unionised and regulated environment. The successful applicant will articulate their ER experience including advising on complex disciplinary and grievance issues with the ability to apply the relevant legal principles and risk assessment. You will be an excellent communicator and highly organised with experience of supporting large scale organisational change and restructuring programmes including TUPE, redundancy and contractual variations. You will have excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills are a must as you will be required to liaise with management at varying levels within our diverse business. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice. For the right person this will become a permanent role.
