The Successful Applicant
You will be a qualified accountant with excellent academics that has proven experience of leading finance and operations functions within a complex not for profit environment. Within this you will have had experience of building and developing teams and relationships.
From a finance perspective, you will have strong all round capabilities in both a commercial and not for profit environment including budgeting and forecasting, cash-flow management, financial control and management reporting. This role requires regular interaction with a senior leadership team at board level and therefore the ability to liaise effectively with finance and non-finance individuals would need to be evidenced through previous experience.
