Interim Data Analyst/Advanced Excel User

Are you an Interim, immediately available and able to manipulate and interpret data? Our client, a leading branded, blue chip business is looking to appoint an Interim for circa 2 months, possibly longer, to support the Reward department in delivering the below:

Key skills:

      • Advanced Excel
      • Analytical thinker
      • Able to interpret complex data and provide insight
      • Able to deal with large volumes of confidential data
      • Able to create 'how to’ guides for others to generate correct reports going forward
      • Able to create tools that deliver the right information, in as few steps as possible from report generation
      • Able to create reports in SAP
      • No need to be a great influencer, just a clear communicator
      • Ideally exposure to Compensation/Reward data ideal
