A new opportunity has arisen for a Interim Customer Service Advisor to join a rapid growing business within the Retail Industry. Due to the success of the business, the Interim Customer Service Advisor is required to join the brand new Customer Service team immediately to ensure all customers are receiving excellent Customer Service!
Established over 60 years ago, the growing business require a Interim Customer Service Advisor to join their fun, hard working contact centre in Skelmersdale! My client drives providing a good experience with not just the customers but with their employees too as they are very enthusiastic to watch people grow their careers through their organisation!
The Interim Customer Service Advisor is required to support with both inbound and outbound queries for all customers through telephone and email channels. This successful candidate will need to be very driven to resolve all customer queries and be organised enough to manage their own work load through busy periods.
The successful Interim Customer Service Advisor will have/be:
- Previous experience working within a Customer Service Environment
- Adaptable to learning new systems
- Problem Solver
- Team Player
- Excellent telephone manner
Immediate Start + £8-£10 per hour + Holiday Pay + Great Working Environment + Progression Opportunity
