Due to the success of the business, the Interim Customer Service Advisor is required to join the brand new Customer Service team immediately to ensure all customers are receiving excellent Customer Service!

My client drives providing a good experience with not just the customers but with their employees too as they are very enthusiastic to watch people grow their careers through their organisation!

Description

The Interim Customer Service Advisor is required to support with both inbound and outbound queries for all customers through telephone and email channels. This successful candidate will need to be very driven to resolve all customer queries and be organised enough to manage their own work load through busy periods.

Profile

The successful Interim Customer Service Advisor will have/be:

  • Previous experience working within a Customer Service Environment

  • Excellent telephone manner

Job Offer
