Looking for an immediately available CRM/Database wizard to work for a B2C superbrand based in Birmingham City centre!
About the role:
- Day to day management of the CRM database and development of the future roadmap to maximise the value of the database.
- Interpreting and delivering against data briefs, advising campaign managers on best practice and campaign design. Promoting how the data can be used to improve the campaign performance and enable statistically robust measurement.
- Design and execute all selections for behavioural led communications, including the ongoing management and improvement of existing customer journeys.
- Working alongside the CRM managers to scope and deliver test and learn strategies for proposition, creative and targeting, ensuring continual improvement of the CRM programme.
- Generate new ideas and provide recommendations on how the database can be leveraged to support delivery of business objectives and revenue targets.
Who we're looking for:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
- Experience of robust campaign design and execution within a multi segmented CRM programme
- Knowledge and usage of CRM platforms, database analysis tools and campaign management software e.g. Faststats, Smartfocus, Salesforce
- Knowledge and experience of Faststats preferred
- Project management
- Experienced user of large databases, delivering high frequency, dynamic campaigns
