*Act as a business partner to the Sales, Marketing and Operations Directors to support commercial decision making;
*Development of KPIs, ensuring a focus on the right metrics to drive profitable growth;
*Finance lead on customer terms, providing full financial support in negotiations;
*Consolidation and review of budgets and reforecasts by product type and channel;
*Financial oversight of all business cases in product development;
*Delivering proactive ad-hoc financial analysis to support business unit decision making in areas such as customer acquisition, pricing, promotions and other significant areas of expenditure;
*Management and development of a team of three.
The successful applicant will be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a strong level of commercial understanding and business acumen gained from a commercially focused role. You will possess a strategic mind-set, with the gravitas to challenge the norm and influence at a senior level.
