Excellent Opportunity for an Children Home Manager to work on an Interim role to turnaround a home in Llanelli
Your new company
You will join a well established and highly respected organisation that provide residential care to EBD children across Wales. Due to recent changes, they are looking for an experienced childrens manager on a 3 month interim basis to help turnaround a home in Llanelli. You will be given full support and join a very supportive management team.
Your new role
As an interim manager, you will drive standards up and ensure the highest quality of care across the home. You will develop your staffing team to motivate and nurture them in becoming the very best support workers in the region. There will be a requirement for you to make sure compliance, health and safety and standard of care is at the forefront of everything you do.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need;
- QCF Level 5 Children and Young People
- Experience of Residential Management
- Turnaround/Troubleshoot experience
What you'll get in return
In return for this extremely rewarding role, you will receive an excellent salary that would be equivalent of £36,000 per annum. You will receive excellent support, management and other exciting benefits.
