FRS are currently assisting this niche organisation in their search for an Interim Assistant Accountant.
Reporting to the Management Accountant, this role will be responsible for:
• Maintaining the Purchase Ledgers.
• Liaise with sites and Suppliers.
• Reconciling Supplier Statements and obtaining copy invoices.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Supplier payment runs.
• Sales Ledger.
• Posting purchase invoices.
• Posting Journals.
• Assisting with the monthly management accounts.
The successful candidate will need to be available at short notice. This is potentially a temporary to permanent position.
