A new job has become available for an experienced Intellectual Property Administrator to join an established firm within their Patent department. This job will be joining a friendly collaborative team and offers career development.

Key responsibilities of the job:

  • Supporting clients and attorney’s
  • Ensuring client requests are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Supporting the patent applications process
  • Adhering to compliance
  • Recording information to the database
  • Providing formalities and admin support

Key skills required for the job:

  • You will have experience in a similar role within intellectual property, patent or trademark
  • Strong computer skill using MS Office
  • An excellent communicator and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Good organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Client focused
  • Excellent team player with a positive 'can do’ attitude
