We have a fantastic opportunity available to work for one of the leading insurance providers. We have a long standing relationship with this client and have high levels of success in placing candidates at varying levels.

The position we currently have for them is an Insurer Support Advisor. A unique role that will see you provide great customer service and support for insurance providers.

Experience & Education requirements.
Essential :
A minimum C grade in both GCSE Maths and English
Excellent customer service. With a General insurance background (Personal Lines/Commercial.)
Good communication skills at all levels
Good analytical, time management and organisational skills
IT Software Skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft windows/office applications

Desirable:
Cert CII or studying towards Cert CII.
Knowledge of multiple insurance platforms and databases.
