Our client is a reputable Insurance Broker with a strong presence within the Midlands, and currently has an opening for a Commercial Account Executive to manage a book of business with a 1.2 GWP income. Your role will be to maintain the book from a servicing perspective as well as organic growth, ideally around 10%. The clients are predominately based within the Midlands region and has a Strong biased towards the engineering and manufacturing industries.
Retain existing clients over the long term through active client management
Build clients confidence in the organisation through expert knowledge and consistent deliver of service
Up-sell and cross-sell insurance products and make successful introductions to other services
Build an effective network with insurers and clients
Develop new business in line with company forecasts
Generate referrals and make introductions for the clients to other parts of the organisation
Build strong positive working relationships with clients and colleagues
Experience within the Insurance Industry within a Commercial Broking environment
Proven ability to meet and exceed business targets
Good working knowledge of Commercial Insurance
Excellent Communication, negotiation and presentation skills
