Insurance Sales Consultant - Northampton Town Centre

Competitive Salary (£18,000 - £25,000 DOE) Flexibility required Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30 & alternate Saturday mornings 08:30 - 12:30.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a market leading Insurance Broker who are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Insurance Consultant to join their advancing team in Northampton. 
 
 
Summary: 
 
 
As part of the Insurance Sales Team, you will be working with both new and existing customer where providing a high-level customer service you will guide and offer best advice on bespoke insurance products that suits their needs. Whilst ensuring the customer experience is personalised and smooth dealt with a professional manner and maintaining an excellent level of service. 
 
 
Our client is looking for an experienced sales consultant who is confident, motivated and has the knowledge to succeed through their business. 
  

Key Responsibilities: 
 
 
Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships

Listen to the customers needs ensuring a positive and unique solution to their queries

Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the services & products the company provides

Deal confidently with clients both face to face and over the phone

Ensure all administration is completed accurately 
 
 
Skills and Experience Required: 
 
 
Insurance experience is desired but not essential, successful candidates will need experience in a sales environment.
