Our client are recruiting for a friendly customer focused Insurance Sales Assistant to join their friendly and busy established independent commercial insurance company. This will be based working remotely at home with regular online meetings with the team on a daily basis.

Daily duties

  • Calling businesses throughout the UK to promote new policies and obtaining initial contract renewal dates
  • Dealing with high volume calls outbound and being helpful and resolving each call.
  • Passing qualified calls onto the trained Sales Executive to close.
  • Dealing with queries & administration.
  • Resolving client querie in regards to policy queries.

Skills Required

  • Must have 1 years telephone based Sales/Customer Service experience
  • Confident & friendly
  • Self motivated & dedicated
  • Good telephone manner
  • Resilient

Due to the position is working from home you must have a laptop/computer with Windows 10 and have a reliable internet connection.
