Insurance Sales Agent

Within the sales function they are looking for more desk based sales individuals to complement their current sales functions. Job Description - Key Responsibilities
• To call from assigned campaigns to create a lead or visit for an insurance executive
• Record information given via customers in CRM
• Manage outbound activity in conjunction with data cleansing
• To be able to close and convert potential new business opportunities into prospects.
• Assist the Insurance team with quotes, processing orders and following orders through to inception.
• Provide ongoing account manager support to existing customers and offering the client’s new services through consultative sales approach.
• The business encourages progression and promotion within the company, and will provide training to employees on a weekly basis. The business is looking to invest in individuals looking for a rewarding career in insurance.
• Some previous sales skills are desirable
• Basic PC skills and telephony skills
• A can do and tenacious attitude
• Flexible approach towards work and an adaptable attitude
• A strong desire to learn and develop
Full time Contract
