Insurance Sales and Administration (Leisure and Motor)

Basic £18,000 to £22,000. Plus targeted bonus.
Our client, a leisure based Motor Insurance Broker is looking to recruit a General Insurance Administrator to join busy team in a successful new department that offers a wider range of insurance products to both new and existing clients. This role will be one of the principle points of contact for clients and specific duties will include;
* Telephone sales and customer service calls
* Produce and issue quotations and new business documents
* Outbound telephone calls to potential leads, including follow up calls
* Mid-term adjustments, renewals and cancellations as required
* Data entry into required systems

Successful candidates will have a minimum of I years previous insurance experience together with excellent communication skills, an enthusiastic attitude, a willingness to learn and a passion for sales. They should have exceptional telephone, communication and interpersonal skills together with self motivation, a desire to succeed and achieve targets.
A base of between £18,000 to £22,000 plus a targeted bonus (the higher end of the scale will be paid to candidates with proven Insurance knowledge, skills and experience).
