Insurance Operations Manager / Analyst. To £70,000
This leading Lloyd's underwriters has an excellent reputation, is continuing to expand and has won numerous industry awards. They are now looking for an experienced Business Services Manager.
Manage the evolution of the business services team in order to perform the functions and tasks required to support the Chaucer operating model as required
Manage the Business Services Team ensuring optimum service, support and outputs are provided to customers
Manage the Business Services Team to deliver day to day activities that monitor Business Partner services and performance
Produce and deliver annual team plans
Develop capability and flexibility of resources to ensure the team can respond to demands
Provide coaching and produce training material as required to enable the delivery of services to the standard and quality required
Lead and manage continuous improvement activities and contribute to and enable a culture of continuous improvement within the team
Produce MI that enables efficient and effective management of the Business Services Team and informs opportunities for continuous improvement in Business Services Team service delivery and Business Partner services and performance.
Build and strengthen relationships with Business Partners to gain trust and deliver the principle that the business partner is an extension of the team
Support the Board in maintaining a corporate culture, policies and procedures that pay due regard to the interests of customers and treats them fairly at all times
