Our Stevenage based client is seeking an ambitious and skilled customer service advisor, within the medical sector of the business. The position is focused around the customers of the company and delivering insurance solutions tailored to each customer.
Job Title: Insurance Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
What you’ll be doing:
- Specialising in medical health and not for profit insurance sectors
- Inbound and outbound calling
- Mid-term adjustments and claim renewals
- Implementing outstanding customer service always
- Contacting cusotmers and assisting with any claims and queries
MUST have customer service office-based experience
- Strong communication skills
- Outstanding Microsoft office
- Understanding the insurance cycle
- General Administration
