Insurance Customer Service Advisor

An exciting opportunity for an Insurance Customer Service Advisor to join a large innovative leading global organisation!

This organisation is one of the UK’s leading motor claims companies. They strive to deliver the best service for insurers, brokers and fleets of all sizes. They are looking for a hardworking Insurance Customer Service Advisor to join their well-established business.

Salary: £15,500 (with increase based on knowledge gained in the role and an excellent benefits package)

Duties Include:

• To provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Answer all calls promptly and professionally making sure notes are added to the system.
• Correspond with parties concerned via telephone, letter and any other means.
• Prioritise workload.
• Identify resolution of potential fraud, repudiation and voidance.
• Deal with all claims from First Notification Of Loss stage.
• Complaint handling within agreed company procedures.
• Keeping the policy holder informed both verbally and written of the status of their claim.
• Collecting accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim.

An Ideal Candidate will have:

• Experience in a call centre environment.
• Experience working within an insurance industry environment.
• GSCE Maths and English.
• Ability to utilise qualities such as empathy, tact and diplomacy when interacting with customers.
• MS Office – basic skills.
• Keyboard skills.
