The role is extremely varird and you will be working as part of a team. You would be responsible for the processing of insurance applications. This will include liaising with customers to ensure all information is collected and accurately submitted to the provider in a timely and professional manner. There will be lots of telephone and computer work, along with data input. The role is busy but rewarding at the same time.
Although you will be working a 37.5 hour week, you will be working on a shift pattern of three days at 12.30 till 9.00 and two days at 9.00 till 5.30pm
I am looking for someone who is PC literate and who goes the extra mile and deliver a great customer service? You need to have first class communication skills with a good eye for. detail.
