The company is looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, and target driven Customer Service professionals that are prepared to work their way up to Insurance Consultants and management. You must have a proven customer service delivery track record. This is a very progressive company that invests in developing staff. If you would describe yourself as an ambitious, intelligent and committed customer service or sales professional, and have worked in customer facing or office based customer service roles then we would like to hear from you.
You will be dealing with customers face to face and over the phone, helping solve problems, providing insurance quotations and selling quality products that best suit the customer needs. You must be professional, smart in appearance and able to deliver 1st Class customer service. We are also looking for a combination of ambition, determination and a strong work ethic. These qualities will help you to progress and carve a successful long-term career. Management within two years is a real possibility if you have what it takes.
Training is thorough and on-going, and supported at all levels. The starting salary is very competitive, and all increases are directly linked to your commitment, learning and achievements within the role. The hours of business are Monday to Friday from 8.30am until 5.30pm and also Saturday mornings from 8.30am until 12.30pm.
