Our client is looking to recruit an Insurance Clerk to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to work for a leading Insurance Brokers based in Colchester. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, target driven and able to demonstrate excellent sales and customer service skills. With training, our client will work on providing you extensive knowledge of commercial products.

Key Duties:

  • Responding to incoming enquires by phone, email or through the website
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal/regulatory requirements
  • Providing excellent customer service and professionalism
  • Providing accurate sales reports and documentation

Applicants must be extremely customer service driven with excellent communication skills. No previous Insurance is required, however you must display a keen interest in building a career within the industry and have a genuine willingness to learn.
