Kindertons Accident Management are looking for Motor Claims Recovery Handlers to join our fast paced and busy office based in Crewe - central to the train station and accessible on most bus routes.

Experience -

We are looking for individuals with strong negotiation skills, perhaps you have a background in sales but you’re fed up of the cold calling and are ready to move into a more commercial based role, where you’re the decision maker.

Or If you have debt collection experience within credit control or even accident management or legal - Why not transfer your experience.

Perhaps you have an analytical mind, you enjoy investigating something further and resolving problems, but you are yet to find the opportunity to demonstrate your skills.

These are all great skills that would be really beneficial for this job role!

Kindertons provide a full training induction training week on week with coaching and ongoing support once in your new role too.

Main duties and responsibilities;

Your primal role and purpose, will be to contact Third party broker and insurers with the aim of recovering debt, following credit repair or hire claims.

Starting salary of £17,500 with potential bonus of £1800 annually rising through levels up to £19,700 with the earning potential of between £19,300 - £23,920 once fully trained!

You should

  • Have a great telephone manner
  • Be confident in using most Microsoft suits and multi-tasking.
  • Be able to demonstrate your technical ability and understand
