Located in the heart of Glasgow City Centre, in a brand new, state-of-the-art office, an opportunity has arisen within one of the world’s largest insurance firms for experience Motor Claims Handlers to join expand an already successful and well-established team.
From your background in Motor Claims, you will look to join a team that’s full of life, with your main priority handling incoming calls from insurance brokers, accident management companies and policy holders.
You will look to be very versatile in this role in your organisation of managing incoming calls, alongside working on your own caseload of claims, which will involve you handling invoices, and processing and actioning legal documents.
So experience in organisation, prioritisation and multi-tasking is essential. It’s important that you also have experience in determining liability.
Primarily you will be looking to negotiate the best possible settlement for our clients, so it’s important that you are confident in your negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
