Clark James are a leading Insurance Recruitment specialist who have been given the pleasure of working with a highly prestigious Insurance Brokers. The company are searching for someone to join their very friendly, customer focused claims handler team as a claims assistant to learn the Insurance industry from the ground up.

The person does not need claims handling/insurance experience, however they must have a keen interest to join the industry and ideally they would have some customer service experience.

We need someone with a 'nothing is too much trouble’ attitude, who is a team player and can deliver a personable friendly service to clients.

Main Duties:

•You will be the first point of contact for the policyholder.

•You must be able to obtain the relevant details from the customer and record the information making sure you deliver excellent advice and assistance.

•Assess who is liable for the claim.

•Negotiating with clients to minimise losses.
