Insurance Claims Assessor
A worldwide professional company are looking for an Insurance Assessor to join their friendly and growing company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with strong customer service and excellent attention to detail.
As an insurance assessor, you will be the first point of contact for customers wishing to make a claim, or an update on their claim progress as well as process the medical care and ensure they have access to the required services.
You should be a self-starter who is confident in dealing with time sensitive tasks and an effective communicator. You will hold a high degree of accuracy with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a busy team. You should have strong analytical skills with the ability to recognise the business needs and the ability to identify problems and to make effective contact to ensure the correct outcome.
You will be comfortable using the Microsoft Office suite and have a clear and friendly telephone manner. Training will be provided.
