We're looking to continue our rapid growth and recruit new talent to join us on our exciting journey at our newly refurbished and open plan office location in Central Norwich. We currently have vacancies for:

Out Of Hours Claims Agents

Your role will be to receive incoming claims calls, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently, while providing excellent customer service and good business outcomes whilst demonstrating the values of Coplus. Whilst we deal with a variety of insurance types, within this role you will be dealing with predominately motor related claims.

Duties and Responsibilities will also include preparing outgoing correspondence, meeting company SLAs and maximizing credit hire and repair referrals and recommendations to panel solicitors.

Other tasks may vary, from time to time.

Ideal candidates will have a customer centric approach with excellent communication and listening skills, able to demonstrate empathy for our clients in potentially distressful circumstances. They will show an ability to engage with customers and draw key information from the individual and other sources in order to progress the claim efficiently whilst working under pressure in this fast paced environment. Experience in insurance or claims is not necessary as full training will be provided.

Various Shift Patterns Available (starting at 1900 hours, we are a 24 hour operation)

What can you expect?

  • Starting salary between £15,000-£18,000 per annum (DOE) with annual review (plus unsociable hours premium).
