A highly reputable Global Insurance Business has a new and exciting opportunity for someone who is a career driven individual. This is a unique and incredibly exciting opportunity to develop and build your career as an Insurance Advisor within a global insurance environment.

This role represents a fantastic opportunity to establish yourself within Insurance and broking where full training will be provided.

Key duties/tasks include:

  • Making outbound calls to customers - dealing with quotes not yet purchased, online quote referrals
  • Re-engaging lapsed customers from previous years and renewal chasers with a view to converting these into business
  • Taking inbound calls from new and existing customers
  • Cross selling complementary products
  • Quoting, binding, renewing and taking payment for policies
  • Chasing outstanding renewals
  • Handling quote referrals as required within underwriting authority (new business and renewal)
  • Handling mid-term adjustments and issuing renewal invitations
  • Handling administrative tasks to comply with customer requirements

To be considered, you will need to have Insurance or Customer Service experience with a desire to develop your knowledge within the Industry. The customer service experience does need to be within Insurance or Financial Services.

If you have experience of working to sales or retention targets and the ability to identify cross sell opportunities then this is a fantastic role for you. The role will be office based in Manchester City Centre.
