Barker Munro Recruitment, the Insurance specialists, are working with an excellent insurance broker in the Kent region, who are currently looking to recruit an insurance broker to their team.
As an insurance broker, you’ll play a key role in the success of an expanding local business, ensuring the office runs like clockwork and the customers are always happy. Providing exceptional administrative support, you’ll handle enquiries, paperwork, sales tasks and potentially some bookkeeping admin, with a 'can-do’ proactive enthusiasm. You will work on administration and support queries from the sales team whilst providing customer service support through inbound and outbound call handling.
In return, you can expect encouragement and support to progress and develop in your Insurance Broker role, with support to study insurance exams and develop your knowledge in this industry.
This position will ideally suit an individual with previous office or administrative experience and if you have previous insurance knowledge, this would be highly beneficial.
This role does involve shift work and Saturday morning work, so please consider this when applying.
