Barker Munro recruitment have a new role as an Insurance adviser working for a long established broker with an exceptional reputation for customer service. This role offers a great opportunity to further your insurance career and will support you in your CII studies.

We are looking for an ambitious individual who is capable of providing outstanding customer service to new and existing clients. This opportunity will suit someone who ideally already has a track record of commercial and/or personal lines insurance or who can demonstrate a proven track record in delivering excellent customer Service within a client focused office environment.

The role of Insurance Advisor is a hybrid role, which requires the ability to multi task and understand the need to create and maintain long term relationships with customers. As a self-motivated friendly individual, there will be an expectation to show initiative, be organised and be driven to provide fantastic service, expert advice to clients and support the Agents in handling existing insurance accounts.

You will work at the heart of their expanding local insurance business, proactively identifying new cross-selling opportunities for General Insurance, Financial Services and Risk Management Services.

The salary is competitive and the position is full time standard office hours of 9am - 5pm, five days a week. There may be occasional weekend work during the course of the year.
